Lapjesdeken

Van mijn huidig project kan ik nog geen foto's laten zien.
Daarom laat ik er de volgende weken enkele zien van vroegere werkjes.

Toen de dochters en de zoon nog klein waren, maakte ik veel van hun kleding zelf.  De restjes van de stoffen heb ik lang bewaard.  Enkele winters geleden kwam ik de doos met die stofjes tegen.

Ik ben toen gestart met een quilt, die past op een eenpersoonsbed. Alles met de hand gemaakt met overschotten stof.  De stof voor de achterzijde was nieuw gekocht.
Het is een heerlijk, warm deken!


I cannot show you any pictures of my current project yet. Instead, I will show some of my past works for the next couple of weeks.
When my children were younger, I used to make a lot of their clothes myself. I saved the left-overs of the fabrics for a long time. A couple of winters ago, I came across the box with those fabrics.
I then started making a quilt, that's the size of a single bed. Everything is handmade with left-overs of fabrics. I newly bought the fabric for the back.
It's a lovely, warm blanket!!


Aun no puedo mostrarles fotos de mi proyecto actual, pero durante las semanas siguientes les mostraré algo de mi trabajo pasado.
Cuando mis hijos eran más jovenes, solía hacer yo misma su ropa. Guardé lo sobrante de las telas durante mucho tiempo. Hace unos inviernos, encontré la caja con esas telas.
Entonces empecé a hacer un "quilt" para una cama individual. Lo hice todo a mano con lo sobrante de telas. La tela del dorse lo compré nuevo.
Es una manta super cálida!!
